At Flamspink, we are committed to ensuring your beautifully embroidered apparel reaches you safely and efficiently. We're delighted to offer free shipping on all orders! Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times and other important information.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within India

  • Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country, e.g., India]):

    • Standard Shipping: FREE

    • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 8 business days.

    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, customs delays, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience in such events.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Our primary carriers include: Delhivery, Blue Dart.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via a tracking link provided in the email.

5. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Flamspink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at the delivery facility, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs (if applicable, or a re-shipping fee if it was initially free) and any additional re-shipping fees. A refund for the product may be issued, minus any unrecoverable shipping costs and a potential restocking fee, if the customer chooses not to have it re-shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at flamspink8@gmail.com 

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund after the carrier's investigation is complete.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined in our [Link to Return & Refund Policy] immediately upon receipt, including the requirement for an unedited opening video.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
